Our programmes support women to identify their unique strengths and skills, focus on areas of positive change or growth and set clear achievable goals that are sustainable. The impact is far reaching for them, their children and their family

We work in collaboration with others to meet the needs of the women attending our programme to offer an integrated experiential and structured learning experience which includes practical tools and strategies for day to day living and parenting.

Our support based training and mentoring is dynamic and designed specifically to adapt to the changing needs of the group.  



Move Up is a 10 week programme offering a personalised approach within a small group setting.  You will;

  • Understand your strengths and how to use them for yourself and your family

  • Gain a clear vision and purpose

  • Set achievable goals that are sustainable

  • Build a nurturing and safe home environment for you and your children

  • Learn time management skills and strategies

  • Develop skills in recognising and navigating challenges

  • Gain confidence as you celebrate your successes


Step Up is a follow on programme that runs on an ongoing basis to support women through various stages of personal growth and development to support and embed change, because we all know change takes time.


One:One mentoring is individual mentoring and is an option when a group setting is not suitable. This opportunity is tailored toward personal growth in a one:one setting.



Work readiness programme has a focus on pre-planning & consideration of what the next steps are in becoming ready for work, then creating a pathway towards new possibilities of employment and work experience, including volunteering options. This option is available for women who have completed the Women of Worth programmes.
